Dear Paul, It is not often that I take time to write a letter regarding the superb service that has been rendered. In this case, your company has to be commended.
I had a very large oak tree, two hazardous trees, six palms,two podocarpus, three citrus, and one cactus.You said your staff could remove it all in one day and grind the stumps on another day.
As promised, your crew was at my house working hard. I checked during lunchtime. When I came home from work, all the trees had been removed. I checked with my neighbor to find out how your staff had performed and their demeanor. I had been told that they constantly worked hard and they were very professional and mannerly. Thank you for having them on your staff.
As promised, your crew arrived on another day and ground all the stumps. I thought that I was going to have to remove the extra stump grinding, bag it for the garbage. It didn't happen. My yard was cleaned neatly and the hole areas were leveled. Needless to say, I am very impressed.
